Whether you need a single custom gift or multiple gifts for an event, employee recognition, client appreciation, or another special occasion, we can professionally design and assemble your project.

How It Works
For client-supplied projects:
- You provide the items you would like included.
- We professionally arrange and assemble the gift.
- We prepare it for presentation or shipping.
For gifts requiring Baskets n Boughs to develop the concept or source products specifically for your project, our Custom Design Deposit policy below applies.
Final design decisions are made by Baskets n Boughs to create the best overall presentation.
Design & Assembly Pricing
- Small – $25
- Medium – $35
- Large – $50
- X-Large – $75
Bulk orders are quoted separately.
Assembly pricing includes arrangement, filler, wrapping, ribbon, and finishing materials. Containers are available if needed at an additional cost.
Materials
For client-supplied projects, materials may be:
- Shipped directly to us
- Arranged for local drop-off, when available
All client-supplied materials must be received before assembly begins.
Custom Design Deposit
Custom gifts that require individual concept development, product research or sourcing, or merchandise not currently offered in our standard gift collection require a $75 design deposit before custom design work begins.
The deposit covers the time involved in developing your gift concept, researching and sourcing appropriate products, and preparing the proposed design.
If you proceed with the custom gift purchase, the full $75 deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.
If you choose not to proceed after custom design work has begun, the $75 design deposit is nonrefundable.
The custom design deposit includes one reasonable revision. Additional redesigns or substantial changes to the original concept may require an additional design fee.
Special-order merchandise or products purchased specifically for your custom gift require advance payment before they are ordered. Special-order purchases are nonrefundable once ordered.
The $75 design deposit applies only when Baskets n Boughs is developing or sourcing an individually created gift. It does not apply to client-supplied assembly projects, simple personalization, or minor substitutions to gifts already offered by Baskets n Boughs.

Shipping & Project Acceptance
Custom gift requests are reviewed for both design feasibility and shipping requirements before the project is accepted.
Baskets n Boughs reserves the right to decline a custom project when the requested products, finished size, destination, timing, temperature conditions, fragility, or other shipping considerations make safe or practical delivery difficult.
Not every product or custom gift concept is suitable for nationwide shipping. When appropriate, we may recommend changes to the contents or design to improve shipping safety.
Acceptance of a custom project is at the discretion of Baskets n Boughs.
