ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Each basket has been checked for workmanship of the basket or container, all expiration dates and product packaging has been checked. If there are questions regarding a product that is included, please advise when ordering and a similar item in size and/or price will be used instead. If ordering from the website, put your request in the notes or message section of the order. It is our goal to provide a "stellar" consumer experience!! Cancellations will be accepted for 4 hours after the order has been placed. ( In the event of damage occurring during shipping, please call us. We will need at least 7 or 8 different photos of the damaged basket and shipping box from all angles in order to file a damage claim- per the carrier rules. Replacements will be available after the damage photos are received).
